What are the most common services provided by Eurostock?

We are the company that takes care of the customer from the very beginning (from choosing the products to the cart) to the very end. As experienced experts on the market, we provide several services to our customers.

Custom services

Our employees will help you with export and import clearance, customs warehouse services (industrial goods and groceries), filling out TIR carnets, filling in INTRASTAT declarations. You do not have to handle it on your own. Trust our company and we will do it for you!


Our sales team consists of experts who have many years of experience. They constantly monitor international markets and select the suppliers carefully to offer you the highest quality and the best prices. We offer our customers products only manufactured by well-known global brands.


We are the owners of modern infrastructure and a team of professionals that allow us to offer comprehensive logistics and transport services at the highest level. The shipment methods and its costs are set individually with the customers.


When you order the products from our company, we will transport them quickly and safely around the world. What is more, we will help you with filling in the necessary custom documents, such as CT1, EUR1 certificates and other documents if they are required in your country.


Our company possesses two storage warehouses in Eastern Poland – in Białystok and in Czarna Białostocka with a total area of 5000 m². It is enough to store around 5200 EUR pallets.  You can use our warehouse space if you want to store your goods before delivery.


You can also order smaller amounts of various goods.  We can send all of those items in one pallet – our service includes combining various goods into larger units. In this way, the customers can save time and money, order less without incurring additional transport costs.

No, the product offers do not include the cost of shipping to the customer, as well as the cost of pallets. These expenses will be calculated separately and added to the final invoice based on the number of pallets required.

Yes, from time to time, we do offer discounts and promotions. Our dedicated manager, who is assigned to your account, will inform you about any ongoing or upcoming promotions, ensuring that you stay updated with the latest offers and opportunities to save on your purchases.

As a customer, you do not have a direct impact on the shelf life of products. However, it is important to note that our standard practice ensures that the products you receive have a minimum of 75% of their total shelf life remaining. This ensures that you have an ample amount of time to utilize the products effectively before reaching their expiration dates.

Yes, for an additional fee, we offer the option of pre-labeling the products with any stickers and in any language that the customer requires. This way, you can have the goods labeled according to your specific needs and preferences before the loading process takes place. Our team is dedicated to providing you with a customized and convenient service.

You can make the payment through a bank transfer to our company’s account. This method allows for a secure and straightforward transaction, and our team will provide you with all the necessary details to complete the payment process smoothly. If you have any specific inquiries about the payment procedure or need any assistance, our manager will be glad to help you throughout the payment process.

Yes, of course! You will receive all the necessary documents, including an invoice, for your purchase.

If necessary, you have the option to personally attend the loading process to ensure its correctness. If you wish to be present during the loading, please inform our manager in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

As a supplier, we offer delivery of goods on EXW, FCA, CPT, DAP Incoterms 2010. All delivery options are determined individually depending on the destination and export procedures.

The delivery time for your shipment depends on various factors such as the shipping method, the destination, customs procedures. However, you can rest assured that our managers are always ready to assist and ensure that the delivery is expedited as much as possible.

As an exporter, we organize full documentary support in the export procedure: customs clearance, a standard package of documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, export declaration), and additionally EUR1, T1 certificates, certificate of commercial quality.
